This argument defines that personal data will be added to data, i.e. first
name, last name etc. Default value is true.

This argument defines the latest start date for an assessment plan to be
included in exported data. Assessment plans started after this date will
not be added to exported data.

This argument defines the earliest start date for an assessment plan to be included in exported data. Assessment plans started before this
date will not be added to exported data.
If this parameter is not defined, the start date is the date when the installation was created.
