This argument defines that personal data will be added to data i.e. first
name, last name etc. Default value is true.

This argument defines latest start date of assessment plan which will be
added to exported data. Information about assessment plans started after this date will
not be added to exported data.

This argument defines from earliest start date of assessment plan which
will be added to exported data. Information about assessment plans started before this
date will not be added to eexported data.
If this parametr will not be defined, this date will be date of installation
application.
