This operation will add an instance of an assessment for a given respondent.

addAssessmentInstanceRequest

Part	Description
addAssessmentInstanceRequest assessmentInstance	The assessment instance data to add. Assessment instance ID parameter is automatically setting by application and must be empty in this operation.

addAssessmentInstanceResponse

Part	Description
addAssessmentInstanceResponse assessmentInstanceID	The assessment instance ID given to the assessment data.
