It will permit a certain number of requests within a given timespan.
Excess use will result in the Partner API being throttled, and returning a status 429 response when the request limit is reached.
Vendors should ensure they have mechanisms to handle this throttling.
NOTE: Older versions of this documentation had rate limit return code set to 529, this was an error.
