This argument defines that personal data will be added to data i.e. first
name, last name etc. Default value is true.

This argument defines that data will be contain information about login
of clinicians. Default value is false.

This argument defines that data will be contain information about login
of respondents. Default value is false.

Set value of this argument to true to add information about login session
of test respondents. Default value is false. This value is updated only if parameter is set in updateRespondent operation.
